Perched high above the waters of Sebago Lake, this property needed a landscape design that would allow the clients to safely access the sandy beach below, while also adhering to the strict regulations put in place to preserve the natural beauty and water quality of Maine’s largest source of drinking water. The stairs and terrace were built with Reclaimed Granite Curbing. A Landscape Lighting design was developed to provide gentle ambient light to pathways but also minimize glare and light pollution. The steep hillside was cultivated with native plants that would help prevent erosion and attract wildlife.
