The Clients’ request for a “park-like” front yard influenced the circular lawn space with benches, flanked by beds of white birches, and textural perennials, grasses, and evergreens in cooler shades. The landscape abuts a gorgeous crenulated reclaimed granite walkway, modernized with sleek lighting and oversized granite block knee walls. The dynamically-shaped back yard cedar pergola and perennial beds frame pristine views of York Harbor.
