Estimating for Architects & Builders
Our in-house Construction Coordinator, Marcy, supports professionals bidding on residential or mixed-use projects by delivering clear, informed budget ranges for landscape and hardscape work. We contribute to RFPs, RFQs, and preliminary design discussions—giving you stronger numbers, faster approvals, and a better shot at winning the job. We offer estimates at no charge, with the understanding that if the job moves forward we’ll be first in line to partner with you for the install
Landscape & Hardscape Project Management
When Terrapin is tapped for install, we manage the full scope of landscape and hardscape work—from coordinating permits to scheduling subcontractors like electricians, plumbers, carpenters, pool pros, and excavators, and more. We can act as your subcontractor or lead certain aspects of the job through our own extended team. Either way, we aim to simplify communication and keep timelines on track.
